The WebGuild software does everything we need for our website - a community website designed to be used by over 8,000 residents and businesses daily… it always needs to be up to date. Its easily updateable, flexible and can be used to our best advantage to get key messages across with the dynamic page and easily navigable format. Anyone can learn their way round it easily and in being so easily updateable in house there's no complex or expensive external agencies to deal with; yet WebGuild's support team are on hand 24/7 to assist with technical support if ever its needed. It 'does what it says on the tin'! And we are very happy with the result. Dear WebGuild, Like most small businesses we find ourselves with just one or two people struggling to cover a whole spectrum of tasks that are subdivided into specialised departments in bigger companies. The last thing we wanted was to add the job of setting up and running our own website and WebGuild proved the perfect solution. Learning how to use the software is surprisingly quick and, once mastered, uploading data is as easy as falling out of bed - there are no new skills to be learned in terms of data coding and design. Furthermore, if there are any problems or questions it is easy to get a straightforward answer from a real person - a far cry from most software applications which abandon the non-expert to their fate or to premium call charges. We have used WebGuild for more than a year and our website runs quietly and reliably in the background while we get on with other things - the ideal solution when there are so many day to day business pressures to deal with.
