We receive much of our business through referrals. Our customers are pleased with the service and support they receive from us and are happy to recommend us to their friends and colleagues.

In the past, as a thank you, we have offered our existing customers a credit to the value of 10% of any referred sales which we put towards their annual renewal.

As this type of referral scheme seems to work, we decided to improve upon it. Please read the outline of the updated referral scheme below, which we believe covers everything.

• If a person mentions your name during the order process, you will receive a 10% commission on the net costs of all systems and services purchased in their initial order. This commission does not apply to further enhancements to their service in the future, nor to future years' subscription renewal fees for the WebGuild system.

• WebGuild Media will calculate and pay the commission for each referred sale.

• Upon payment of any order, you will either be credited with 10% of the order value to your next year's WebGuild Media website annual renewal or you can choose to receive a 10% commission payment. Payment will be made by cheque.
  

• All commission payable under this referral scheme are exclusive of value added tax or any other applicable taxes.

• You cannot use WebGuild Media's name, logo, trademarks, trade name or otherwise to promote WebGuild Media without our prior agreement.

• Commission payments made by WebGuild Media are in full and final settlement for any and all referral activity carried out by you relative to the order to which the commission payments apply.

• If any difference shall arise between WebGuild Media and yourself , it shall be referred to the arbitration of two persons (one to be named by each party) or their mutually agreed umpire, in accordance with the provision of the Arbitration Act 1950 or any amending or substituted statute for the time being in force.
